We have extensive expertise in laser cutting, hydro cutting, forming, and welding.

            Laser Cutting

    Utilizing the AXIS laser cutting system, developed and patented by IIT, precision parts are no longer limited by complex contours, material thickness, or material type. 

    The AXIS laser cutting system leaves parts with a naturally burr free edge, eliminating the time associated with de-burring, resulting in quick delivery of your laser cut parts.

          Hydro Cutting

    Also known at water jet cutting, hydro cutting produces products with exact tolerances and exact repeatability.  This method of cutting produces same quality you are use to from stamping, but without the added cost and limitations of the tooling required for stamping. 

    Accommodating both metallic and non metallic materials, and thicknesses up to 6 inches (6 inch thickness requires that an abrasive be added to the water jet), hydro cutting allows for product shipment in two days or less, with no expedite charges.

                Forming

    Sheet metal enclosures formed to exact tolerances using CNC press brakes with .001" Ram repeatability.
